SHIPPING & HANDLING
Domestic Shipments
Products will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours of completion of sale when possible. Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail using flat rate envelopes and boxes for your most economical rate of shipment. Shipments should arrive in 2 to 3 days but this is not guaranteed.

Orders outside the USA:
Products will be shipped using International Priority flat rate envelopes. Envelopes can hold approximately 5 yards of fabric at a rate of $11.45 for Canada/ Mexico and $13.45 for all other countries. Shipments usually arrive in one week. Larger orders will be shipped using USPS flat rate boxes billed current at the USPS rates. If you would like to add tracking and insurance to your order or prefer another carrier please email us. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Hands on Tradition will only charge its customers for rates we pay to our carriers. Posted rates are approximate and may vary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We love to serve our international customers, and want to be the worldwide choice for great deals on fabric and notions. To meet this goal, we have chosen the most cost effective way to deliver our products internationally. But there are some important factors to remember when you shop handsontradition.com, as an international customer.

Shipping charges will be applied after notification that the order will ship internationally.

Hands On Tradition will choose a shipping method that is most cost effective based on the weight, size, customs, duties and delivery area.

Hands On Tradition will inform the customer of the exact freight, and reflect this total in an invoice, emailed to the customer.

Orders will be shipped a.s.a.p. once payment for freight is received.

Some orders may eventually reach a customs holding area in the country it is delivered to.

While the order is held in customs, we have no control over its length of stay, but outside of its time there, we usually have it delivered anywhere in 10 - 14 business days.

Custom deliveries are always an option, and we love to make our customers happy. So if you have special shipping requests, please contact us and we will work with you to achieve your goals.

RETURNS
Hands on Tradition wants our customers to be satisfied with the products they receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we have a 15 day return policy.
This does not include patterns or books due to copyright laws. Cut fabrics and sale items are also excluded.
If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately. If you wish to return products please email us to obtain a return authorization number to accompany your return. You will be issued credit in the same manner payment was received for products purchased but shipping charges are non-refundable.
